Our founders were both executives at the largest online real estate brokerage in the U.S. They’ve also been top producing real estate brokers who worked for some of the largest and most recognizable real estate brands in the world. Their experience in traditional and online real estate is at the heart of our products and services.

Our IT group is led by some of the brightest and most innovative minds in the industry. Our management team is rounded out by a seasoned industry executive who ran a very large employee relocation company.

Dave Marron
CEO

Dave Marron co-founded SphereBuilder while he was a top producing real estate agent. Prior to selling real estate, Dave was the Vice President of sales for zipRealty, Inc. There, Dave was responsible for a sales team of 450 agents. As zip’s first Operations Manager (and employee number 17), Dave built up the operations from 7 agents to 450 and increased sales from $10,000 per month to $2 million per month. Before joining zip, Dave was a corporate banker servicing Fortune 1000 companies in the Bay Area. Dave received his MBA from UC Berkeley in 2001 and earned his BS in Finance from Boston University in 1990.



Scott Everson
Director Of Technology

Scott ensures that SphereBuilder’s product solutions are robust and potent. Having spent six years utilizing the latest Open Source technologies, Scott has developed a keen insight into the most current online technical trends and techniques. Scott’ career includes support and systems administration at Xpedite Systems, a communications company, where he learned the ins and outs of scaleable, distributed based client-server systems.
He has owned and operated his own web development database management company.



Frank Patitucci
CFO

Frank is a seasoned executive who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to SphereBuilder. Prior to joining SphereBuilder Frank was CEO of ReloAction, an employee relocation company. In 2004, ReloAction was acquired by Hewitt Associates, a public company in the Human Resources Outsourcing business. Over 20 years, Frank built the company from 7 employees and under $1.0M in revenue to over 200 employees and $23 million in annual revenue.
