SphereBuilder, LLC insures that all personal information being voluntarily submitted to us in the processing of your order (to be used for record and billing purposes, etc.) inclusive, but not limited to, credit card and other personal information, will be strictly confidential and used solely by SphereBuilder, LLC authorized representatives and employees for the strict purpose for which it was intended, and for the benefit of the subscriber. We agree not to share, rent, sell or release this information to any individual, entity or third party, for any reason, without the specific written consent of the user; with the exception as required by law, regulation or governmental authority.

SphereBuilder, LLC insures that all of the information that you store on our servers inclusive, but not limited to, your customers' contact information, notes regarding your customers and your customers' online behavior, will be strictly confidential. We agree not to share, rent, sell or release this information to any individual, entity or third party, for any reason; with the exception as required by law, regulation or governmental authority. SphereBuilder, LLC authorized representatives and employees will not review, share, distribute, print, or reference your data except as may be required by law. Individual records may at times be viewed or accessed only for the purpose of resolving a problem, support issue, or suspected violation of the SphereBuilder Terms of Service (TOS), the SphereBuilder Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), or as may be required by law.

SphereBuilder, LLC is committed to protecting and securing all user provided information, through the use of firewalls, encryption and additional security measures in place at its physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of such information.

SphereBuilder, LLC takes every precaution to protect our customers' information. When you submit sensitive information via the Web site, your information is protected both online and offline.

When our registration forms ask you to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number and/or social security number), that information is encrypted and protected.

All of our customers' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted to our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, a billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. As a secure facility, our offices are restricted to employees and escorted authorized visitors only. We have implemented written security policies to ensure customer privacy. Furthermore, all employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Every quarter, as well as any time new policies are added, our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our customers' information is protected. Finally, the servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment within our datacenter.

In the event a customer forgets their password, they must provide personal information to authenticate themselves and obtain the password. Additionally, customers can access their own personal data by authenticating themselves. They may access their accounts to change their credit card numbers, but cannot obtain the old credit card information when doing so.
